Lee Tracey is a women’s health and sexual wellbeing professional, passionate about women moving through the transition of motherhood. After a wild ride going through the throws of motherhood herself (aka Matrescence) and finding there was little to no support for this fundamental rite of passage that all mother’s go through, particularly around sexuality and sexual health, she dedicated herself to becoming the resource and guide that she needed, but could not find.
Lee aims to blend Matrescence and Women's Sexual Health together in a way that breaks the dichotomy of motherhood and sexuality. She is passionate about re-centering the woman in motherhood and challenging misconceptions around women's sexual health and sexuality in a way that is light, fun and illuminating. She does this through workshops, courses, retreats and trainings and opening the conversation with curiosity and compassion. We recognise the opportunity for evolution of policy, culture and society through sharing the wisdom of matrescence.
My mission is to empower women to reclaim their sexuality and identity through the process of Matrescence.
