Lee Tracey is a passionate, professionally trained sex educator and matrescence coach dedicated to changing the conversation around motherhood & sexuality.
Reclaiming our sexuality and our sexual health through Matrescence and motherhood, as a fundamental, pleasurable part of our being, is a proclamation of Self worth and a life lesson in Sovereignty.
Matrescence - the process of becoming a mother - has an incredible metamorphosis effect that can touch and shape every part of you from the mundane to the magic. Understanding the process, having support and the theory and practices to lean on are essential. Lee aims to blend Matrescence and Sexuality together in a way that is empowering and recognises that just because a woman becomes a mother does not make her sexual health or sexual expression any less of a priority.
A NOTE FROM FOUNDER, LEE TRACEY
My aim is that women will have the resources and support that they need and deserve, to support them through this process so they emerge on the other side feeling stronger, more capable and more comfortable in their own skin. Sovereignty is not given to you, it is something you claim for yourself and my hope is that women will reclaim their own identities, have the courage to prioritise their own needs, as well as their children’s, and have the theory, education and practices to embody this for themselves.
